Invitation to Attend the 1st Public Consultation Meeting for the 304 Industrial Estate Phase 9 Project 

304 Industrial Park 8 Smart Co., Ltd., the developer of the 304 Industrial Estate Phase 9 Project (“the Project”), located in Lat Takhian Subdistrict, Kabin Buri District, Prachin Buri Province, has appointed A B E N Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd. (“the Consultant”), an environmental consulting firm licensed and registered with the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP), to conduct the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study and prepare the EIA report for the Project. As part of the EIA study process, public participation activities are required to provide relevant stakeholders, local communities, and government agencies with information regarding the Project, including its details, potential direct and indirect environmental impacts, and the scope of the study. Feedback and recommendations gathered through the public consultation process will be incorporated into the EIA study and report preparation in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of ONEP.

In accordance with the Public Participation Guidelines of the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (2023), the Project Owner and the Consultant have scheduled the 1st Public Consultation Meeting on Friday, June 19, 2026. The meeting will be conducted in two sessions: Session 1 from 08:30 to 12:00 hrs. at the Lat Takhian Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kabin Buri District, Prachin Buri Province, and Session 2 from 14:00 to 17:00 hrs. at the Multi-Purpose Hall of Si Maha Phot District Office, Si Maha Phot District, Prachin Buri Province. The purpose of the meeting is to gather public opinions and recommendations on the Project Conceptual Proposal, Project Details, Scope of Study, and Project Alternatives Assessment.

Interested stakeholders and members of the public are cordially invited to attend the 1st Public Consultation Meeting for the 304 Industrial Estate Phase 9 Project at the above-mentioned date and venues. Participants are kindly requested to submit the attendance confirmation form by Monday, June 15, 2026.
