
Mr. Kittiphan Chitpentham, Chief Executive Officer of 304 Industrial Park, represented the company in receiving the 2026 GLP Model Industrial Estate flag, recognizing the estate’s commitment to promoting Good Labour Practices (GLP). The ceremony was organized by the Prachin Buri Provincial Office of Labour Protection and Welfare at Tawa Ravadee Resort, with Mr. Sanya Namee, Deputy Governor of Prachin Buri Province, presiding over the ceremony. The event was also attended by Mr. Wichan Suksumran, Provincial Labour Protection and Welfare Officer of Prachin Buri, as well as representatives from businesses and factories within 304 Industrial Park.

The presentation of the GLP Model Industrial Estate flag reflects the collaboration between 304 Industrial Park, government agencies, and businesses in the area to promote standardized and fair labor management practices in accordance with labor protection principles. The initiative also represents a shared commitment to enhancing labor management practices to ensure they are effective and appropriate to the evolving needs of the industrial sector.
The event also featured a panel discussion titled “Understanding Labor Laws for the Modern Workforce: Supporting Business Continuity,” providing an opportunity to exchange perspectives and approaches to labor management, while promoting a better understanding of labor laws. The discussion highlighted the importance of balancing employee well-being and business operations, supporting sustainable growth of the industrial sector alongside continuous workforce development.
