Sep.19th，2024, 304 Industrial Park declared that they had reached an agreement about land transction with Yuzhou Fine Chemical（Thailand）, a leading company in electronic chemicals industry. It indicates that 304 Industrial Park takes an important step forward in attracting investment from PCB industry, injecting new energy into development of industrial park.
Yuzhou Fine Chemical（Thailand），as a leading electronic chemical maker, is confident at this collaboration. 304 Industrial Park becomes first choice of investors, due to favorable geographic location, advanced infrastructure, sufficient energy supply and professional service team. 304 Industrial Park is adjacent to highway No.304, near Laem Chabang seaport，Suvarnabhumi arport and northeast which is rich in labor resource, all of which make it uniquely competitive in attracting investment.

This company has already got certificate from BOI.
